Here are some possible reasons your TAC Account has been canceled:
You had a previous Membership that was canceled
If you had a previous Tony’s Acoustic Challenge Membership that you canceled, you will need to use the original email, username and password to subscribe again or to make a purchase.
Your current TAC Membership has expired
If you canceled the auto-renew feature in your Billing & Account settings, your membership may have expired. Contact support to request a link to sign up for another term. Any progress you made will be saved.
NOTE: If your membership was canceled or expired and you also purchased the Fretboard Wizard Course or Tony's Song Vault, you will not have immediate access to these courses.
In this case, please contact support to notify us that your membership has expired but you need continued access to your purchased courses and we will happily update your account!
